At Aldara Fine Jewelry, we want you to love your order.


Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


For all other items, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.aldarajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.


Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or if there was an error with your order.


We do not offer refunds for normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or change of mind.


If your case is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
